hey Chris, I recently visited your city and walked the high line. At the end of the walk, on 29th street, I came across a gourmet ice cream stand that sold palm sugar ice cream. I had read your recepie prior to the walk, hence I not only thought of you but also tried out the ice cream … it was DELICIOUS!!!!! Thanks for sharing your recepie.
